THE WAKE UP TEXT

I woke up today...caught my mobile's light blinking. I grabbed my mobile and check out da probable missed calls or texts. I saw a text from ma homies in States - which goes 'Yo dude. Do you know theres an upcoming celeb named Dev? very much like you...haha. Just a year younger. Tat yer twin sis???!!!' With my eyes half opened and my mind still lingering somewhere in vegas... it didnt quite struck my head.

So later on the day, I recalled a this text and got on straight to Google!!! And there you go...DEV: Bass Down Low da album cover.

Tell me if I'm wrong but what resembles me, or should I say 'resembles her' (none of us knew we existed in each side of the world) honestly would be:-

Overall she was a celebrity with record holdings. I'm not. I'm a just an upcoming socialite who hasnt left much effort sharpening his career in the entertainment industry. I'm slowly going into Devin Tailes and to know a lil more about my other half...*laughs*...

Devin Star Tailes (born July 2, 1989), better known by her stage name Dev, is an American recording artist. She was discovered by The Cataracs when she made an Amy Winehouse cover and posted it onto MySpace. Dev's song "Booty Bounce" was sampled in Far East Movement's hit single "Like a G6" which reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, and sold over two million downloads in the country. Dev was signed to Universal Republic in October 2010 and released her first official single, "Bass Down Low" in December. The song debuted at number ninety-four in the US. Dev's debut album The Night the Sun Came Up is set for an April 2011 release.
